Q - How much does your travel quotes and booking
assistance cost
to the client?
A - NOTHING! Our fees come directly from the
commissions and net prices we get from our service
providers/suppliers. Since we make our own travel
arrangements with no intermediaries, in most cases our
clients will get a lower market price for the same type of tour
or travel package, when compared to the tariffs of other
travel agencies and tours operators.
Q - How do I get a quote?
A - Easy! Just contact, fill out our quote form, or call our
toll-free number in the USA. We will collect some initial
information and provide you with a quote. It’s that simple!
Q – How do I pay for my vacation? Who will charge my
credit card when the reservation is made?
A – You may pay by credit card and check. If the tour or
travel package includes flights, and or cruises, you must
pay with a bank cashier’s or certified check.
Q – Who charges my credit card?
A – Since we mostly sell our own tour and travel packages
(which are not sold in other travel agencies), the charges in
your credit card will appear as made by Travel Tours 365,
Inc. In very rare occasions charges may be made directly by
the airlines, cruise lines and or the suppliers or service
providers included in your package.
Q – Do I have to pay at once or can I separate my tour
or travel package with a deposit and pay in istallments
prior to the departure?
A – Most of our tour and travel packages must be paid at
the moment in which you make the reservation. 2) We have
some specific escorted group tours that will allow you to put
an initial deposit to reserve your space, and then pay the
balance in installments. In this case, if you put a deposit, the
price of your tour will not change even if the airfare and/or
hotel tariffs increase, but the remaining balance of your
reserved group tour, must be paid in full at least 6o days
prior to the date of departure.
Q – How long do I have to cancel my boking and will I
get a refund if I cancel?
A – As written in our Terms and Conditions, since we sell
tours and travel packages that include air, hotels, cruises,
transfers, meals, and/or a combination or various products
and services, it is very important that you understand that
ALL OUR SALES ARE FINAL, Non-refundable and non-
changeable. If your tour or travel package is for a future
date, we highly recommend you to buy travel insurance, just
in case you get sick, or something out of your control
happens, that would prevent you from traveling; so that you
don’t lose your money.
Q – Is travel insurance already included in your tour
and travel packages?
A – NO. Like most internet travel agencies and vendors, our
tours and travel packages DON’T include travel insurance.
Travel insurance is NOT included in any of our travel
packages and every passenger is required to buy a travel
insurance policy that would cover at least $100,000 US
dollars in medical expenses and $1,000.000 US dollars in
repatriation hospitalization and medical emergency
expenses. NOTE: All passengers must buy their travel
insurance at least 4 days prior to the trip departure date.
