Please carefully review all the information contained herein, as this constitutes an Agreement between you (The Website Visitor/Customer/Client/Buyer), herein known as the "Customer"; and TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. (www.taveltours365.com), herein known as "TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. All the terms contained herein govern your use of our website and all business transactions between the Customer and TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. ​​ AGREEMENT 1) Sale / Purchase. All sales/purchases are FINAL and subject to all the terms and conditions that may apply. Please read and review all the General Information and all the Terms and conditions contained herein, for each product/service offered and sold through Travel Tours 365, INC. (www.traveltours365.com). ​ 2) Credit Card By Phone - Sales / Purchases: Any "Customer" wishing to pay by phone with a credit card, must completely fill in the required universal credit card authorization form that our company uses, or if he/she has purchased any of our products and/or services from us before, must send us an email authorizing the new total charge to the credit card on file. This help us protect you as our Customer and protect us as well, from any unauthorized credit card charges and charge- backs. ​ 3) E-Tickets / Printed Tickets / Vouchers / Confirmation Letters: Reservations, orders and bookings may be made/submitted via telephone, email and or by filing a request form in our website. Confirmed reservations / orders / purchases will be sent by a TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. Representative / Agent, via email WITH A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. If you don't get a confirmation number, your reservation is NOT confirmed. After you make a payment, please make sure you get a confirmation number. E-tickets, vouchers and printed tickets will be provided/Delivered by TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. prior to the start date of the Vacation package/Cruise/Tour/Activity/Service. In certain cases TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. may choose to deliver E-tickets / Printed Tickets / Vouchers or Confirmation Letter on the actual day of the Vacation Package/Cruise/Tour/Activity/Service. TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. reserves the right to determine the method for the ticket delivery. TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. All tickets are Non- refundable and Non-exchangeable, unless specified otherwise in writing at the time of purchase. TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. is not responsible for the actions of the Postal Service Companies used for delivery of tickets and is NOT responsible for lost deliveries due to wrong addresses given to us by the Customer. Customer agrees to pay all applicable costs for the delivery. ​ 4) Credit Vouchers: In some cases TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC., Affiliates, or Partners, may issue a credit voucher to a Customer. Such credit voucher may be redeemed for a specific Product / Service / Tour or Activity. Once applied to an order or reservation, the voucher may not be used again, even if only used for a partial service or part of a travel package or tour. Credit vouchers have NO CASH value and are NOT transferable. ​ 5) Product / Service / Tour / Activity: The term Product / Service / Tour or Activity is used herein to refer to: Vacation and travel packages, tickets, transportation services, performances, activities and other products and/or services that are currently offered and sold, or that may be incorporated from time to time to the list of products / services / tours /activities offered and sold by TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. (Within our offices and websites). ​ 6) Right to Terminate: To the extent permitted by law, TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. reserves the right to revoke the rights granted herein and refund the purchase price of any Product / Service / Tour / Activity previously sold to a Customer. TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. reserves the right to cancel or change any Service / Tour / Activity content and their corresponding prices (if not paid in full), without any prior notice. ​ 7) Inaccuracies / Errors / Typographical Errors / Omissions: To the extent of Law, TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. is NOT responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, typographical errors or omissions found on its website(s), or on any printed items such as: Brochures, promotional flyers, vouchers, blogs, and in any other propaganda and advertising material. In the event that a Customer places an order, makes a reservation, a booking or a purchase, and TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. later on finds out that there was an error, or that the product was inaccurately described and/or priced; TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. reserves the right to offer Customer/Buyer the product at the correct price, with the correct description. TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. also reserves the right to NOT honor the Customer's booking, making it null and void. In such a case, TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. shall refund the total amount paid, to the Customer. ​​ 8) Content copyrights: All information contained herein, in all websites and links associated and/or related to and Travel Tours 365, Inc; as well as all the information contained in all audio/visual, digital and printed materials; including: All graphics, logos, button icons, digital and printed images, audio and video clips, illustrations, designs, texts, photos, and any other materials used in the marketing, advertising and sale of all travel packages, tickets, transportation services, performances, activities and other products and/or services that are currently offered and sold, or that may be incorporated from time to time to the list of products / services / tours / activities offered and sold by TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC.; (Here in referred to as the "Contents") ARE SUBJECT TO international copyright protection, trademarks, trade names, intellectual property and/or licenses. The "Contents" may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, downloaded, altered in any way, distributed, published, republished, recorded, publicly displayed (whether electronically or mechanically) in any way, without prior written authorization from TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC., or from the applicable copyright owners. ​​ 9) E-Mails / Ideas / Recommendations / and other Submissions: TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. or any of its employees do NOT accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved services and/or products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing and advertising campaigns, plans or new product or service names. In the event Customer defaults on the terms of this Agreement, Customer agrees to pay to TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. all costs, fees, and expenses including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees. ​ ​15) Customer / Buyer: The term "Customer/Buyer" herein refers to the person who places an order with TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. and pays for the order, or whose credit card is used to make the authorized purchase. ​ ​16) Lost or stolen personal items: TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen personal items or for any other articles left on board any form of transportation, or inside any facility and/or location used during the tour, service, or activity. ​ ​17) Notices: All notices must be in writing. Customer agrees to send all notices/written communications to TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. by official/registered mail, at the mailing address on the contact page of this website. Passengers are responsible for getting any visas that may be required. ​BAGGAGE: Most Airlines, Transportation Companies and Tour Operators around the world, are now charging for all Baggage checked in and even for carry-on items. They all have very strict and specific rules and pricing for the allowed baggage. Baggage policies and pricing varies from Carrier to Carrier, from Tour Operator to Tour Operator, and from Airline to Airline, etc. Depending on the travel package, tour or service purchased, you might be using more than one Carrier for transportation; Please check directly with the corresponding Airline (s) and Transportation Company (ies), etc., that are included in the purchased itinerary, to find out the cost (if any) for the baggage that needs to be checked in and/or carried-on. Prior to the departure of each one of our tours and travel Itineraries, TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. will give each Customer an idea of the allowed baggage for the purchased tour or itinerary, but you, as the Client, are responsible for reconfirming all baggage policies with the applicable Carriers, so that you avoid any extra charges, delays or problems at the time of departure, etc. You are also responsible for the caring and handling of your own baggage. Boxes and items other than standard bags, are NOT considered baggage and will not be transported, unless previous arrangements are made. RESERVATIONS: All tours/services are subject to availability and require advance reservations. Reservations must be made as far in advance as possible, and can be made by calling our office directly, at: 888-453-7111, through our Independent Sale Agents/Vendors, or by completing our tour and travel reservation form, (Available as a "reservations" link, on the home page of our website: In order to be confirmed, all reservations require of a minimum deposit to be hold, or full payment to be booked. Price is always subject to change at any time based on availability, unless the reservation is paid in full and booked. A confirmation number and the corresponding E- Ticket-s (If applicable) will be issued once a reservation has been paid in full/booked. When calling to reserve a tour/service please make sure to ask for your confirmation number. If you don't get a confirmation number, your tour is NOT yet confirmed. ​MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: All our tours/services/activities require a minimum of ten (10) participants in order to operate. If the minimum number is not met, the tour/service/activity will be postponed or canceled (In this case, Customers that have already paid, will be given the option to travel/participate on the following available date, or can request a full refund). Some other activities such as: Special events, parties, shows, concerts, sporting events, etc.; may require a greater number of participants. VEHICLES: The size of the vehicle assigned for each tour/service/activity, is determined according to the number of passengers/participants. The type of vehicles used in our operation of tours, excursions and activities worldwide, include: Sedans (4 passengers), mini-vans (6 passengers), vans (14 passengers), mini-buses (24/28 and 32 passengers), full size motor-coaches / buses (49/56/58/61 passengers). ​ADMISSIONS: Admissions where required are NOT included in the price of the tour/service, unless otherwise stipulated in writing. ​ RIGHT TO ALTER / CHANGE / CANCEL: We reserve the right to alter, change and/or to cancel tours and services; and to make changes and substitutions on tour itineraries, routes, attractions, stops, landmarks, etc., without any prior notice. ​CANCELLATIONS /REFUNDS: As mentioned before, all Sales / Purchases are FINAL, unless specified otherwise in writing. Certain tours /services / activities may be cancelled by the Customer under specific individual conditions, only when specified in writing prior to the final payment. In most cases when a refund is allowed, cancellations made seventy five (75) days or less before departure/start date, will result in forfeiture of all payments made. No refunds for no-shows. No refunds for services partially used or not used at all. No refunds will be made on the purchase of airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and tickets for special events. ​TIPS: Tips are NOT included in the price of the purchased tour/service or activity. Tips are customary and depending on the type of tour / service or activity purchased, tips may also be mandatory, or may be maid part of the total bill in restaurants, cruises and certain tours, etc. We do NOT collect the tips in advance and the tips must be paid directly by the Customer / Passenger / Participant, to the drivers, tour guides, restaurant waiters-waitresses and cruise attendants, etc.; during the development of the tour, service or activity. When traveling on a group tour, excursion, or cruise, each passenger must budget a minimum of $15 US Dollars (Per day, per person), to take care of all customary tips. ​PUNCTUALITY: Punctuality is very important when traveling or participating on any of our tours, services or activities. Please double check the departure/start time and pickup point/place for the tour, service or activity that you have purchased and use the following recommended guidelines to be on-time: For all City Tours: Passengers must be at the pickup/start place/point, at least 15 minutes prior to the given pick/start up time. For all Multi-Day Excursions and Tours By Bus: Passengers must be at the pickup/start place/point, at least 30 minutes prior to the given pick up time. For all Domestic Flights: Passengers must be at the assigned Airport Gate at least 1-Hour prior to the departure time. For International Flights: Passengers must be at the assigned gate at least 3-Hours prior to the departure time. ​NOTES: Given times are for information purpose ONLY. Each Customer is responsible for double checking and reconfirming the correct Pickup / Start / Departure time. Even though all pickup/start times are operated on an on-time schedule, eventual delays may be due to weather conditions, traffic congestion, or other circumstances out of our control. ​Cancellation of city tours, short excursions, services and activities by TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC.: If we are forced to cancel any of our city tours, short excursions, services and activities, due to circumstances out of our control, TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. will try to postpone, re-schedule or substitute the included itinerary and/or service, for a similar one, or an upgraded one. ​RESPONSIBILITY: In the unfortunate occurrence of an event beyond the control of TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. such as: Acts of GOD, war or war like operations, mechanical breakdowns, terrorist activities, attacks or threat thereof, civil commotions, labor difficulties, interference by authorities, political disturbances, riots, insurrection, government restraint, fire, safety, security concerns, weather conditions, delays, changes and cancellations on itineraries, airline/airport flight cancellations and delays, mechanical breakdowns, local tour operator delays on pickups or operation of services, accidents, and/or other unforeseen circumstances; TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. will NOT be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the Customer as a result. In such an unfortunate case, Travel Tours 365, Inc will NOT refund any unused portion of the purchased tour, service, excursion, cruise and/or programmed activity, nor will It reimburse the Customer for any included items, services, or activities that are not used by the Client as a consequence. ​ ​FLEXIBILITY: By making a booking and purchasing any of our tours, travel packages, excursions, services and/or activities, the Customer hereby declares that He/She understands and acknowledges that the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities, mode of transportation, and any other service or travel package item included may be subject to alteration without prior notice. ​CHANGES MADE BY TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC.: While TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. will endeavor to operate all tours as advertised, reasonable changes in the tour itinerary, excursion, service or activity, may be made where deemed necessary or advisable at its own discretion, without previous notice. ​ ​ACCEPTANCE OF RISK: The Customer acknowledges that the nature of traveling, touring and participating in excursions and related activities, is adventurous and may involve a significant amount of personal risk. The Customer hereby assumes all such risk and does hereby release TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these inherent risks. ​ AUTHORITY ON TOUR: At all times the decision of the Travel Tours 365, Inc. Tour Guide / Escort or assigned Company Representative will be final on all matters likely to endanger the safety and well being of the tour /service / activity. By booking with TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. the Customer agrees to abide by the authority of the Tour Guide / Escort or assigned Company Representative. The Customer must at all times strictly comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange and drug regulations of all countries visited. ​If prior to the tour / excursion / service and or activity, the Customer is affected by any condition, medical or otherwise, that might affect other people’s enjoyment of the tour, the Customer must inform the TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. Representative (s) at the time of booking. Should the Customer fail to comply with any of the above conditions, or commit any illegal act when on the tour, excursion. service or activity; or if in the opinion of the assigned Tour Guide / Escort, the Customers’ behavior is causing or is likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to others, TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. may terminate that Customers' travel arrangements without any liability on the Company’s part and the Customer will not be entitled to any refund for unused or missed services or for costs incurred as a result from the termination of the travel arrangements. ​INSURANCE: It is mandatory that all Customers obtain travel insurance with a minimum medical coverage of US $100,000 in Medical coverage / $1,000,000 in evacuation-repatriation coverage. Such travel insurance policy should also include travel cancellation, curtailment, and coverage for all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss of baggage, personal losses and/or damages, injuries, delays, and coverage for inconveniences occurring to the Client while on the itinerary. As previously mentioned above, the travel insurance protection must also include coverage for emergency medical expenses and evacuation. ​ TRAVEL TOURS 365, INC. shall have NO liability for any sickness, medical treatment or medical coverage and/or repatriation during the itinerary. Travel Tours 365 Inc. will NOT be responsible for any personal losses or damages; theft, loss or damages to baggage or personal effects. Customer must be able to provide proof of Insurance purchase and adequate coverage, if requested by the Tour Guide/Escort and/or any Company Representatives. Customers who decide to travel without travel insurance coverage, hereby acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all the risks, dangers and consequences that they may face/suffer, during the tour, excursion, service and /or activity purchased. Travel insurance must be purchased separately and for an additional premium. Please make sure you read and understand all the information describing what is included, and what is not, before you pay for any product, tour, service, activity; since every product/tour/service/activity is different. Do NOT assume that any optional tour, admission or activity is included, unless it is fully specified in writing. If it is not described in writing, it is NOT included. Please check and call our office or contact us by e-mail if you have any doubts or questions. ​ HOTEL CATEGORIES: We work with various Hotel Chains around the world and we classify all of our Hotel accommodations in 5 categories: 1) Moderate, 2) Budget, 3) Tourist Class, 4) Executive Class, 5) Deluxe Hotel Accommodations. ​ ​1) Moderate Accommodation: Is the most economical hotel accommodation we deal with, and it offers basic rooms with private baths. 1- or 2-Star Hotel Rating - Motel type. Within 0 - 60 miles from destination. ​ ​2) Budget Accommodation: This type of accommodation is still "price oriented". It offers rooms with private baths. 2-3 Star Hotel Rating. Hotel type. Within 0 - 60 miles from destination. ​ 3) Tourist Class Accommodation: Is the type of accommodation we use for most of our group tours, vacation packages and air and land packages. It offers rooms with private baths. 3-4 Star Hotel Rating. Hotel type. Within 0 - 60 miles from destination. ​ 4) Executive Accommodation: Offers first class hotels, centrally located. 4-5 Star Hotel Rating Hotel type. Within 0 - 60 miles from destination. ​5) Deluxe Accommodation: Offers first class Deluxe hotels, centrally located. 5 Star Hotel Rating. Resort type. Within 0 - 60 miles from destination. ​ROOM ACCOMMODATION TYPES: Most hotels offer the following type of accommodations: ​1) Single Room: Is a room with one King or Queen size bed. - For 1 person. 2) Double: Is a room with 1 Double or 1 Queen size bed. - For 2 people. 3) Triple: Is a room with two double beds - Accommodates 3 people. 4) Quad: Is a room with two double beds - Accommodates 4 people. ​ ​OTHER REMARKS: Hotels offer both, smoking and non-smoking rooms. We do not control the assignment of the hotel rooms. Non-smoking rooms may be requested in advance and if available, may have an extra charge. Most hotels assign rooms at the time of check-in only. NOTE: Some hotels only offer rooms with one double bed and with one additional sofa-bed to accommodate up to 3 people. Extra beds and roll- away beds may be available in some hotels for an extra charge per night/per bed. Please keep in mind that most hotels have a limited number of roll-away beds and that they may not be available at the time of check-in. All charges for roll-away beds, non-smoking rooms, room service and hotel incidentals are at the guest's expense (At Customer's expense). Minors must share the hotel rooms with one or more adults. Most hotels are now charging a “Hotel Fee“ of up to $15 dollars per room / per night (For the used of all hotel amenities such as beach or pool towels, hotel gym and/or other hotel amenities). Infants under 3 years of age, ride free on the lap of a paying adult. ​ For all Multi-Day Tours and Excursions by Land, the Child Rate applies to children ages 3 to 11, ONLY when the child is accompanied by two adults in the same room.
